I loathe people who hack but I have tried once and failed lol. Anyways Pokemon Showdown is an Online Simulator so they have to custom change their Ev's and Iv's. I always thought you could change more stuff in Pokemon Online.

To be fair, the guy probably felt bad about it and didn't want to get a lot of hate for suggesting something that ended up bricking the 3DS. Oh well, what's done is done
