Poke-theory: Team Rocket Saviors of mankind?

True but it seems they lack much judgement, after all removing all water removes mankind's hope of survival as does land. Team Plasma can be viewed as Peta-esque in that while they have good intentions they don't go about it the right ways. Team Galactic wants the Galaxy in their image, so hell if I understand what good that could do.

I sad they (the team) see their plans like something good, but Team Plasma had the idea to kill every man who isn't on Team Flare, so there isn't so much difference.

Team Plasma wanted to do that? Was this a plot element in Pokemon X and Y? If so, I haven't played it and I must say that sounds odd. Either way, I guess that's true for a lot of villains out there, in that they see what they're doing as right which is why they continue to do it.

I won't tell you how they wanted because I don't want to make so much spoiler, but it was like that. (Not in that way)

And that plot element isn't in the first part of the story, it would be in almost the end.

Yeah, and in Gen IV, even after you beat Team Galactic, Cyrus is still out there trying to continue his schemes....some people smh

In the Pokemon anime's english Dub, Team Rocket had a very silly catchphrase
but it insinuates that they were trying to defeat the other evil teams.
"To Protect the World from devastation."
Could they be referring to Team Aqua and Magma who wanted to destroy the world by covering it in Water/Land.
"To Unite all Peoples within our nation."
This ones a long shot but could they be referring to Team Flare? Who essentially wanted to separate style from "Bland-ness(?)"
"To denounce the Evils of truth and love."
Team Plasma, who spread love and kindness to pokemon by hypocritically freeing them.
"To spread our reach to the stars above."
Team Galactic who wanted to reform the universe in their image.
Well that's it. Creepy...
