Yes it would be a pay for fee depending on the item, rarity etc.

Are you able to give tips on how to breed? I would love to become a Pokémon breeder myself and I'm hoping to learn a few things myself. I've tried the way of the destiny knot and such but I cant seem to get the breeding right. I want to start a small business with every friend who owns 6th gen Pokémon games and a breeder for my friends tournament. If you cant give info on breeding, its okay. I understand. but if you can, I really appreciate it.

It would be the same with/without IV's so I'd say 7PC.

@NormalNinja I received the the HA Pokemon and I will start breeding them as soon as I have time.​
