I have Pokébank so once I get back from holiday I'll sort out what pokemon I need and sort out trading

Well... I mean it is a legit special event from two years ago, I can't seem to find any others on 3dspedia to compare it to, and it's never been used, so it's exactly like it was two years ago at the event, so how about 10 Pc?
