Possible future DLC

Can we expect future DLC for both versions of Smash Bros.?

I believe that there will be future DLC and yes, I saw the convincing leak showing Lucas, Wolf, and Mewtwo. I know that Mewtwo will be DLC but I hope lucas and wolf will be as well.

This image is an old rumor, and its proven to be fake. The art styles do not match the style of the other characters and im pretty sure that that will not be Mewtwos pose for this game. Plus, they all have heavy outlines while the other characters don't, so don't believe this leak, its fake.

Yes all the characters have outlines. Lucas' are just easier to see because his yellow character outline gives it away. An obvious example is G&W and Shulk. That was Mewtwo's pose in Stadium so I can't see why you're right. There is also potential for 2 more spots. I mean the screen should be completely filled shouldn't it? I'm guessing the DLC or placeholders are made to show what the completion of the roster would look like. As far as I'm concerned these are all potentially real DLCs. Also remember the DHD leaker. He said all these characters would make it as DLC including Ice Climbers until limitations occurred showing Sakurai attempted it on the 3DS.

Well,shoot,I though I was gonna be able to use Lucas again. :/ @Artisan :Oh,I heard about the leak,but to be %100 legit,I never saw the video once.I usually watched the Smash Bros. community on Miiverse for announcements. :) Btw,I wish that the characters remained secret until the game actually came out,I missed that so much.Getting surprised at the newcomers. :(

(For the sake of 3 more pc) But the outlines are thicker for the "dlc" (Save Mewtwo) characters, by a significatn amount, and why would they re-use Mewtwos pose from Pokemon Satadium when everyone has a new pose? Many people guessed at Duck Hunt Dog, so I dont find that as a good reason as to believe that leaker.

I would find maybe a splatoon gunner as an interesting choice ii know it probably wont happen but it would be cool. He/She could act as a replacement for snake

What? Sure that would be neat but to serve as a replacement for Snake is going too far. It's new sure but those cartoon squid people are no way going to hide in a box, throw grenades, plant mines, or anything as realistic and violent as what Snake's personality is like.

Not really. I think the shading Mewtwo has makes the border look thicker. Look how thick Olimar's border is. Yes Duck Hunt Dog may have been predictable (even if I'd never predict him) but Dr. Mario has also been confirmed by the same guy too.

@Artisan they have grenades and were not sure if they will have mines pus snake is awkward and just doesn't fit with all the fun nintendo characters it's kind of link if beyonetta was in smash. the inklings or whatever fit better with the rest of the cast

I would like all the cut melee characters to comeback, and not just Mewtwo. Roy, Pichu, and Young Link. Dr. Mario has been added already and he fit in fine. The remaining characters could just use some tweaks, maybe a moveset change, and possibly Young Link could use masks.

@Antrix :Nah,the Squid People couldn't replace Snake in Smash Bros.Too cartoony.However,I agree with you on letting them be included in the roster,that'd boss! (And Fi!!! ) T^T <---- (Tears of Joy) XD @SmashChamp :Returning characters like Roy and Pichu would be cool.But then,everyone would hate having another character who moves like Marth. (Not me though,Roy's awesome,lol. :p )
