I think he describes by "inactive" people who doesn't post regularly or connect often.

Well, @Marc see what i meant by cheep games was just an example :p In more specific examples i'll just say it like this. With 40 pounds one can buy both Phoenix Wright and Virtue's Last Reward. They both cost around 20 pounds. I'd think good 3ds game in the UK e-shop would be around 30 - 40 pounds, and in comparison 20 pounds is less so it'll just be a waste of a good opportunity. It's not that i exactly want something like this, just that I find it may be a concern to others using the UK e-shop since we're not getting e-shop cash card codes.
