Effect: vortex like f u catch my drift like a tornado swillers but not to extreme (if that's conflustering do what Evers)
Colors: like her shirt and cape

I want the hero of Dragon Quest Monsters Joker behind his team of monsters which consist of Captian Crow,Alablast Dragon,and Zoma, in that order. I want it to take place at the arena of the monster scout finals. I shall provide links under "Artist".
Avi size: Does it matter?
Sig Size: Any size you need to make it fit.
artist: shippo or titan_go or both. if it blank it be first come first serve

i cant do it like that and you have to provide images

Thanks since I can't save it a gif on my iPod and the puters of com needed to go to the shop I'll make it do its thing when it comes back tom
