Go to the Nookling Junction shown above. There's a button at the bottom of the forums called "Post New Thread." Type in the name of your event, click the add prefix button right to the left of it, then select Challenge. Type an explanation of how to enter, and once you're done click create thread!
I reccomend getting more Play Coins (PC) before making a challenge thread, since people might think that you're cheating out PC when they enter.
