Yes, but only when you fight him. Once you do, regardless of winning or not, pay the person the amount of PC.

Ill try and take spot number 2 on the 3ds bracket, who do I give the PC to? I'll give the PC once I know who to give it to.
I'll definitely be on my a game, ill probably play mostly as Fox and MegaMan since my DeDeDe is very far ahead, skill wise.
