Hopefully...they probably want to be forgiven. Though why didn't they do a animation from the start? The World may never know.

Sony? Sony? SONY?!

OMG XD Is this a joke? Isn't Sony and Nintendo like huge rivals for home consoles? PlayStation vs WiiU

Good ol Sony is helping out an old rival here which cracks me up soooo bad XD lol. Hey Sony Fans don't be jealous! We need some help here to get back into business!

Sometimes, it's better to just stick to what you know. Or I guess, what your best at. If Mario will ever have his time on the big screen, it just better be darn good. People don't take too well to failures nowadays, especially in a cut throat industry like film.

Awesome! I want to watch the movie now! I think thats fans of mario would really enjoy this and try to watch the movie the day it comes out. But I have a feeling like this movie might not be good because the other super mario bros movie, a lot of people hated it. But since it is going to be made by sony, it could be a really good movie. I think that sony and nintendo could be good friends again.

That might be interesting, but tbh I doubt that it's going to happen personally, just doesn't seem like the type of move nintendo would make at this point (Although them getting into mobile games and universal studios theme park wasn't expected but both seem to be happening) So maybe it will happen, but maybe it will?

I'd hope for a Smash anime movie like Palutenas trailer for smash or Super Mario:the quest to save Princess Peach

I think the best bet for a Mario movie would be some kind of blend/mishmash of elements from various games.- Mario & Luigi (for the two character dynamic)- Paper Mario (for conflict ideas/sub-plots and side characters)- Mario Galaxy (A good sense of scale)I think the thing a Mario film could capitalize on is that Mario has plenty of story ideas, but they need expansion. I could see them making an interesting character arc out of tying something like Rosalina's back story to the Bowser conflict in an expanded Galaxy story. As far as other franchises- Zelda is the most likely candidate, whether or not it'll yield the best result, given the brand power, a decent cast, and a world with established lore but still room to expand.- Metroid would be interesting for something Sci-Fi/Horror esque, but the one issue would be how to fill the time given Samus doesn't often have company for dialogue- F-Zero might be cool for something in the vein of either 60's Batman or B: TAS, depending on whether it goes for campy action or trying to make a somewhat ridiculous idea serious- Kid Icarus Anime was something I've wanted since that game came out.- I'm not familiar enough with Star Fox to comment, but the one thing that makes me skeptical on that is that the continuity seems to be all over the place at times.

The first mario movie was terrible, but I'm hoping this film will be much better and a improvement. If not, then I guess they will fail to make a animated movie with a video game character iconic as superman.
