Super Smash Bros. for 3DS or Super Smash Bros. for Wii U?

I think more people have the 3DS version (as proven by the poll and the replies), but to be honest I really like the Wii U version more. Although now both have Amiibo support, it was really fun to battle against your Amiibo on Smash Wii U. And the Smash Tour mode is actually really fun. There are also a few Wii U-exclusive stages that I wouldn't want to give up while playing on the 3DS version.

Personally I only own a 3ds so I can't really answer with much knowledge in the facts but my vote would be WiiU. It pretty much has everything that the 3ds one has plus (in my opinion) better controls (GCC FTW!), graphics, more modes, better online, etc. Although I do like the 3ds version, sometimes I feel like it's a bit lack luster.

I would give the 3DS version a rating of 8/10 and based on my current knowledge of the WiiU, I would give that version a 9/10. Both are great games but the WiiU version just has more.

I honestly don't care about the prize so can I opt out of it? seems like work :/

Well, for me, I personally prefer smash 4 for 3ds because: The controls feel better than wii u for some reason: More stages that never made it into the wii u version: And more music too. Also, it's a portable edition of the game, which the wii u is not (you can't go outside on the street and sit down and play on the wii u of course!) And it's much better than wii u on my side. The wii u is still good though, and I'd play it anytime!

Though the Wii U version is the most definitely the better one, I'll vote for the 3ds Version since the 3d Effect is magnificent and you could play it on the go

You know you could have made a poll for the votes instead of having to go edit it every time =P

I would pick the wii u version. I would pick it because it has much better graphics than the 3ds version. I also like the the wii u stages better than the 3ds stages. The wii u stages look more detailed. There is also much more dlc that you can get on the wii u than the 3ds. There is also amiibo support for the wii u too.

I only have a copy of the 3DS version, so I cannot have a valid opinion in this matter. I have tried out Smash Bros Wii U in a store once (a demo version) and it was pretty awesome, though I do like the small and portable-ness of the 3DS and being able to play smash on the go is amazing! But then again, the Wii U allows 3DS control so that really does make it better than the 3DS version.

The Wii U version is way better than the one on the 3ds. However, the thing that bothers me the most is smash tour on the Wii U. I hate smash tour so much. It sucks. Unlike smash run, you get to beat up a bunch of enemies. I think it would be a better replacement for smash run rather than smash tour.

I think I would prefer the Wii U version but I do love the 3ds version too here are my reasons the Wii U version just has superior graphics to the 3ds version but the 3ds versions graphics are almost just as good, also you have to choose between smash run or tour of your liking too I think I prefer the smash tour a little bit because I play that a lot with my brother because he loves to play that with me but the smash run is just as good if not better I just play smash tour more, also one to decide the vote is smash bros. Wii U tournament mode. So yeah I prefer Wii U.

The wii u one is much better, I've never played the 3ds one but how to people play it on those screens, honestly, even the wii u gamepad has a bigger screen than that. Also, I find controllers to be alot more useful when it comes to controlling characters than buttons are
