3 minutes is too short for five lives. I'd suggest either extending the time limit and/or lowering the amount of stocks to 2-3.
Also, are items supposed to be turned on or off? Same question goes for customization.

Yep, but just like in Brawl, I doubt the 3DS can record more than minutes of fighting. Don't forget that I'll ask for proof (even if I trust most of you, but it's just to avoid stalling)! Maybe I'll set the thing to 3 lives, then.
As for banned items, I'll precise it later .

Nah, I don't have the game yet. I will join once I have the game, which i won't have until a couple months. When I'm out of school (Winter Break) , I'll probably get it eventually, since I won't focus on work as much.
