Im sorry Lios but if you set up the Light screen and Reflect with light clay and Mega Slowbro with a calm mind slack off set up. It is very hard to beat. If you want to use a mega slowbro it should have
Calm Mind
Scald
Psyshock
Slack off.
It is brilliant and so bulky.

I would change the excadrill for the Tyrantrum or another rock/sand veil e.g. Mega Steelix. Excadrill is good but Tyrantrum is better.

Mega Slowbro doesn't even need screen support, the best EV spread for a Calm Mind variant is 252 Hp/16 Def/240 Sp.D which allows it set up easier on the likes of Landorus I and Rotom Wash while 16 Def EVs means Bisharp can't 2HKO it. Excadrill is his spinner and is apart of the sand offense core, it can't be replaced, if you check my team suggestion in my first comment, Drill and Tyrantrum are meant to be on the same team.

I think that screen support calm mind with the EV's you have stated would be best XD. I use a Klefki because it can withstead many attacks while still setting up a good reflect/light screen support and then Foul Playing it until before death using Fairy Lock.
