Once there was a bear named Scary McBearface. Scary McBearface really enjoyed waffles. So much so, that one day he married one. However, due to an awful accident, Scary ate his wife, and he felt so bad that he turned himself in for eating a sapient being.
However, two weeks later, when police discovered the wife in question had actually been a waffle, they tried kick him out of jail.

Scary McBearface was quite traumatized by this event, and to this day, he cannot look at his favorite food without bursting into tears. ​
