Well did you check the instructions/rules Captain? ONLY paper and yes obviously anyone who puts allot of effort is better than a guy who doesn't do so.

please can I submit it to Miiverse, I am much better with PAA. I worked really hard on this and you can see it on Miiverse because I just uploaded it to the Pokémon Art Academy community. Please I would like if you just looked at it and considered it because I forgot it was paper only. If not I have a Classic Sonic sketch I made earlier this month.

I'm sorry @Captain Toad, if you read the rules you would have knew before drawing your drawing. It wouldn't be fare to accept anything other than paper since it's simple and anyone can master drawing on it, but having something that costs money like applications so I only accept paper only(sorry but I'd love to see it but my WiiU isn't here with me so send me a pic of it in a PM ).
