So far I don't think anyone can cross level 25 >.<

A lot of emblems have not been added yet so I'm guessing around 30-50 is safe to say.

There already is one you know: http://forum.3dspedia.com/emblems/ Some don't list the requirements, but they should be easy to figure out!

what does "leveling up" do? It'll make pedians (lol just thought of that one) to go online and be more active if it rewards them like a boost of coins or gain like for every level up, you gain like 50 coins or something lol

Hope you have more fun here than I do! I think you can change most your profile yourself, but you need to ask a admin if you want to change certain things.
