I play each of my games in short bursts (20-40 min) and switch to another afterwards, so that's why they're shorter than they could be.

I cannot check my 3DS now, but I know I spend most time with these lovely games:
- Shin Megami Tensei IV, currently 3rd playthrough, 200++ hours
- Fire Emblem: Awakening, 2nd playthrough, 200++ hours
- Devil Survivor Overclocked, 6th day, 70++ hours
- Etrian Odyssey IV, 4th stratum, 70++ hours, keep recycling skills

Forgot about the others. Should eliminate all backlogs this year. We'll have Yokai Watch and Fire Emblem: If next year
