SMT IV is Shin Megami Tensei IV, my favorite game. There is a special sub-forum about the game.

Night Sky is physics-based puzzle game published by Nicalis, where you control a ball moving across silhouette (I hope I didn't make typo since I just woke up in midnight) environment.

Thanks I'll look at Night Sky (Is Nicolas the same company that made Cave Story?)

Question: is SMT IV also fun if you've never played a game from the series? I keep wondering if I should buy it but I feel like I am pretty late if I start the series at the 4th entry. Should I buy and play the other parts first?

You can still have a lot of fun with the game even if you haven't played any of the SMT games.

Yes, Nicalis (precisely Daisuke Amaya) made Cave Story, and also Night Sky. The game is without real story, but the atmosphere is really great; visually beautiful. And currently discounted :p

Though there are plenty of references to previous games, it's still a stand-alone game. So don't worry.

This is about the eShop, right? If so, I'm ashamed to say I've not bought any games from it. I think I should get some eShop credit soon, so I can get some of the downloadable-only titles; gotta admit, as I've played a few of the indies on Steam, I can only pinpoint the first Adventure Time game as the one I'd buy because it's somehow not available in retail in Europe.

Also, BalrogTheGamer did a video on this other game called Hazumi, which looks fun. I'd like to get a few games like those, look like they are centered more towards short bursts of gameplay when you're bored/out and about (the latter is something which I rarely am, let alone with my 3DS though xD).

@PersonSP okay, a quick review of Weapon Shop de Omasse (still need time to write actual review, tho): a heavy-text adventure, comedy game revolving around blacksmithing and serving customer.

Blacksmiting consists of basic-rhythm game, hammering hot metal plate (don't imagine real rhythm game, it's plenty easy) and polishing weapons made.

Customer service consists of talking with NPCs, choosing right weapons for them, and reading their RPG progress through a real-time Twiter-like feed (you even read it while forging weapons).

Same, I have like the same amount of retail games, the Smash demo and I don't even have most of my old DS games anymore; which is a shame, as I should have played a lot those. Here it's like at least £30 for each big 3DS game which is so annoying :p

Thanks ^^ That sounds like a nice casual game. Tell me when you've got a full review :D

Whoaaa! (I wish I could just make plans to buy games in the same month) my bro's planning on buying Shovel Knight too! I want to buy NES Remix and Fantasy Life but I don't have enough money,I only have $6.00 so want buy Ikachan.

@Kakea Ikachan is shorter than Cave Story, but Ikachan was released first (PC version) and it was an inspiration for creating Cave Story. If you're a fan of the creator or want to support him, just grab Ikachan :3

My bro got the game and said it took less than a hour to finish,(I'm glad I didn't buy it right away ) I want to support the creator but I need something a little longer to play: is Night Sky longer like Cave Story?
