What type of person do you like (would date) and why?

Here's my two cents; I don't think I would get to choose the person I would want to date. It would just have to be the person I love. If I could choose a person to fall in love with I would love someone with equal intelligence (otherwise the relationship will be unstable because one or another will be dominant), a sensitive person, someone with great humour and who can be clumsily romantic and silly without feeling ashamed. In regard to intelligence, I believe understanding is a key-factor and therefore intelligence is important or either one will feel misunderstood and held back by the other. But then again, There are so many traits that can make a person very loveable and if you're in love I'm sure you'll find those traits.

In regard to looks: Good looks are nice but if your looks are 10 out of 10 but your personality is a downright 0, you're a zero to me and if your personality is 10 out of 10 you're a 10 to me. It is quite shallow to judge people on looks and in our current society it is also quite stupid.

I find it a bit painful to read how people don't want someone who cares 'too much' or likes sports. I believe that it is very important for someone to care or your relationship will be shallow and meaningless. If you only are about what someone likes the same applies. You could be polar opposites in regards to taste yet combine perfectly.

That is very admirable of you; however, if two people can't see eye-to-eye on small stuff too much - some difference is fine and good but as for polar opposites, I doubt they'd be able to agree on the big stuff and what really matters if they think of being together forever and always and getting married.

Okay... coming to think of it polar opposites might get into trouble. But I am great friends with a sporty girl who doesn't like doing things on impulse and always plans everything. She dresses very neatly and doesn't like parties. She's very good at creating order but always stays in the background. Then there's me:lazy, impulsive, blue hair, playing cards for hours (and candy :p), chaotic and finding it hard take to orders from anyone. I assume that love is comparable to friendship; sometimes you just have a match.

That part is cute but, if the person physically repulses you, even though the personality is admirable, it doesn't work. It's cute, really, but there needs to be a certain attraction there.

Meh. There's this guy I know and he's got a thick layer of acne (it's really gross) but then again he's really kind and once you get to know him it's easy to look through his looks. So I think I could (theoretically speaking) fall in love with sthe uggliest creature on the planet. :p

Then again, falling in love and building a friendship past the look are 2 totally different things. With love usually comes desire and if the person repulses you physically, it tends to not happen.

That might be true. I have no idea, I never fell in love :p (Quite glad too, it seems like more trouble than fun. But who knows?)

Does anyone know how The Hunchback of Notre Dame ends? I didn't watch it till the end, and it could have all the answers we need here :p #TrustinDisney

Just kidding.

That movie was a bit more like real life than what I am used to in Disney movies. Bad guy dies, hero does not get the girl. Then again, that's just like the book.

But he was okay with that which makes him a good guy. And after all he did end up happier than at the start of the movie so in a way; everyone wins.

Yup, sure, but in the love situation, it sort of goes along what I said earlier ^^
