Whats your favorite battle game on mario kart series

Well I like the balloon battle mini game and the one in which you had to collect stars from each other by at least boosting in to them or using power ups,all two of these mini games are in Mario kart for ds and are the only mini games I have played in the Mario kart series.

Yes!!! The mini games from the Mario Kart games were awesome. Balloon Battle mode was also very fun and was my favorite mode in the mini games.
