Which 3ds Zelda game is the best

Has to be link between worlds. I still like ocarina of time and major as mask, I just prefer the top down view because its easier to see what's going on. And the new mechanics in link between worlds was cool sand it had street pass

for me either wind waker for its beautiful art style and soundtrack or majoras mask for its better bosses, dungeons, and atmosphere

Well, this would depend on whether you've played TLoZ before, if you're gonna play all of the 3 games for the first time, I'd suggest ALBW first, seeing as it was the simplest of the 3, and gives you a good idea of the lore of Zelda, and the wall-merging mechanic is really cool (in my opinion).

If you don't like the top-down perspective, and are trying to decide between MM and OoT, I'd suggest OoT first, because the story is more streamline (kinda) compared to Majora;s Mask, but either way, they're all really good and can be played in pretty much any order.

Or you could wait for Tri-force Heroes. ._.

Well since you only said 3ds Zelda game, I will go with Majora's Mask. This game is great and dark at the same time. It drags you in with happy characters and music only to make you want to save everyone from the moon. It's like they wanted you to get emerged with the characters. The boss battles are good (Majora's Second form tho) and the side quests, especially the Romani Ranch one, are great as well.
