I would like Roy to come back because he looks like a good character and from a different series I would like Shadow from Sonic and Larxene because they're both savages.

I would like Inklings to be in Smash. I think they could have a unique moveset, as well as being good advertising for their new IP.But, I'd rather see Issac from Golden Sun or Ice Climbers, though the first is possible and the latter, not so much.

Klonoa all the way. Smash is the perfect way to reappear on current consoles.

Well the ice climbers were planned but they were having trouble with the system controlling one of the ice climbers so that's why ice climbers are not in.

Thatbnews disappointed me when I first heard it. But as Wii U exclusive DLC, with maybe Issac exclusve for the 3ds, I would be okay with that. The problem is others complaining.

This is exactly why Klonoa needs to be in smash, either people have forgotten him or never heard of him. He's the main character of the once popular puzzle platformer series Klonoa

I would say a default character from monster hunter.( some characters weren't made from nintendo, they were just on a nintendo system, like sonic)

I want Inkling. Its a unique shooter from Nintendo that the company has really been pushing ever since its unvieling at last year's E3. Id be surprised if we dont get Inkling as DLC seeing as how col they look, and there arent any characters with guns in this game (I dont count Megaman and Samus, they have Arm Cannons)

I think you got this all wrong. Youre saying that Klonoa needs to be in Smash because he has been forgotten? Thats not a good thing to say. If not many people recognize a certain character, then chances are they wont make it. Takamaru didnt make it as a fighter for this reason, because the Director believed that not enough people knew who he was.

Well I shouldn't have used absolutes when saying that, however Klonoa being forgotten is just one of the reasons I wanted him to be included in smash. Sakurai is looking characters that would have unique attacks and stand out from the rest of the cast. Klonoa comes from a type of game that allows him to have a very diverse moveset and besides just his attacks Klonoa even looks different from the other characters. (not a human) Though some people may say he looks similar to sonic, but honestly that's just because he's an animal with cartoon eyes. Speaking of obscure characters though, obscurity won't completely stop sakurai from putting that character in the game; just look at the ice climbers. They're obscure characters that people only remember from melee, not even their own game. The only reason they were taken out was due to 3ds software limitations.

Ice Climbers also belong to Nintendo, unlike Klonoa. Sakuari wants to limit the number of 3rd party characters that are put into Smash Bros, and he only put in Megaman, Sonic and Pacman because he believed that they were an important part of Nintendo's history. Sakurai has clearly put a lot of effort into obscure and weird characters, like Wii Fit Trainer, Jigglypuff, Game and Watch, etc. Not many people would have thought them to be the type in a fight. Also, looks dont matter. Mario and Dr. Mario look the same albeit they are the same person. We have Link and Toon Link and Lucina and Marth. Also, another thing to consider is the fact that there are more characters that are being put up in this ballot, especially other 3rd parties. I havent seen a big push for Klonoa, much like I have for Banjo, Shantae and Shovel Knight (Which I believe all have a small chance of making it either way.)

i REALLY hope Young Link gets a dlc!!then we could have all the versions of Link in there.Also thanks for posting on this forum/thread guys!!!this is curently my MOST pouplar Forum as most people like to ignore me.

I really wanted Pokemon Trainer to come back into Smash 4, but now that Charizard is a stand alone character, I don't see him returning anymore. In that case, all I want for a DLC character is Ivysaur. He was a good Grass Type fighter in Smash and seeing him in Smash 4 would be a dream come true.

Eh, I hope Wolf does get the spotlight. In ssbb, there was a lot of Wolf players online and were very good ones at that. Removing wolf from the roster upsetted me but I guess he will be Dlc for smash.
I can't wait till he does arrive!

Honestly one of the reasons i liked ssb4 better than ssbb was because it WAAAAAAAY too op.Even beginners will automatically be good at him just because of his opness.Besides,Toon Link in ssbb was my Main.Until in ssb4 he got the Biggest nerf ever.I was really disappointed :cry: but,Lucas just came out and he is op more than the other characters!So imagine Wolf coming out being that op until the next update.But then again,I liked playing with wolf but i liked toon link better
