SSB for Wii U Who is your favorite clone?

Say what you want, but Ganondorf is one of the best clones I ever played with. Using Ganon is like a slower version of Captain Falcon, except slower, and better power. Not the best character, but is good enough.

Lucina is my favorite clone, though I don't really think of her as a clone. I think of her more as a counterpart to Marth really. She's faster and they have somewhat different movesets, so I don't really like thinking of her as a clone, but she's my main character. :cat:

In the newest installment, there are a lot of clones. So who is you favorite? They are Falco, Lucina, Dark Pit, Dr Mario, and Ganondorf. My favorite is Dark Pit because he's one of my mains and I personally prefer him over Pit. I know he's a literal clone of Pit but I feel he's the superior one. Who is your favorite clone in the comments?

My favourite Clone has got to be Dr. Mario, He is a lot stronger than Regular Mario, however he is slower. I am sad that Dr. Mario does not have a spike like Mario, but instead, I like to Nuteral Air jab people, Forward Grab, Back air and then His forward air to finish them as it is very powerful. The one attack I don't like from Dr Mario is his Down B, it give you a boost in the air, but it makes it harder to move for the first moment and you can easily be punished

I have to say that Doctor Mario looks very cool compared to the regular Mario since he is more stronger than regular Mario and also the Final Smash looks very very awesome to me though it is very similar to Mario's . Though he is more slower that Mario , I still think that he is cool :woot:

Dr. Mario is my favorite just because of the competition. Dark Pit is barely any different from Pit. Just two specials are different and a few minor changes to knockback and damage. Lucina is neat for mechanic differences but personally I prefer Marth's tipper. Dr. Mario has new taunts, differences in standard attacks (like forward air), crazy recovery, and pills. How can you go wrong with pills? He also has the same juggling power as Mario.

I found out that I enjoyed playing as dark Pit rather than Pit, so he is my favorite clone. I also prefer the electro shock weapon over the thing that Pit uses (I am not good With names :p). I also play Lucina more than I play Marth, but the only thing that his different from those two is the taunts and the voices.

My favorite clone is Lucina. She's kinda like a practice guide for Marth, a practice guide who'll be your main. Dark Pit is good, but I prefer Pit more. With Lucina, you don't need worry about the tip of the sword, it'll always do good damage.

I like Dark Pit, he's really strong and I feel like I can use him better than regular Pit xD. Plus his attitude is perfect during battle and in the victory screen :D

Lucina and Ganondorf are my favorite, I prefer either speed or power and these two have them.

I perfer Falco over the others because he doesn't realy copy fox all that much. His lasers can actually sting and make you flinch. His reflector can move he's slower but stronger. I'm not really sure about this but i think his side b reached a different distance than fox.
Also hes the most calm cool one out of the four in starfox.
(i think they should add peppy or slippy in the game. They should have a very different moveset)

All of his recovery moves used to be half as long as Fox's. Now they are roughly the same (part of the "no one never dies" choice Nintendo made with Smash 4).
And yeah, I used to like Falco back in Melee (he's actually still my main in Melee) since he had exactly the same move-animations as Fox but all hitboxes were different (he had 1 spike, 1 meteor and 1 impossible meteor while Fox only had 1 impossible meteor for example). Too bad he's become useless now (can't combo after shine, can't spike in a short time, etc).

My favorite clone is Lucina because she is far better than Marty in terms of ko potential although she has less reach than him but she has good reach overall. Also, I am glad to see her in smash four because she was my favorite in fire emblem awakening.

Not true. Marth can KO a JigglyPuff at 40% on the middle of Final Destination with a well placed side smash, thanks to his tipper.
This doesn't mean that I like Marth better in Smash 4 though, I like how Lucina is more balanced (I can't seem to space any tipper without wavedashing).

Yeah but Marth's tipper very hard to land believe it or not, that's why I said Lucina is far better. You'll never know when Marth lands a tipper until you probably get lucky or if your opponent is playing rashly, that's why I said Lucina is better in terms of ko potential. But Marth has better range than Lucina, which can increase chances in his tipped moves I do understand.

My favorite clone has got to be Toon Link. I'm not sure if Toon Link is a clone or not, bit it does look like it. What I really like is about his speed. I can land an aerial hit and follow it up with a smash attack. Sometimes his speed isn't everything, but I try to avoid using the hookshot since it leaves you wide open.

I wouldn't say that Falco is a clone anymore, him and fox just share special moves (Mostly Aesthetic wise), but I'd have to say that Lucina is my favorite. She's Lucina, there's your reason

For me it has to be Gannondarf because he is from the Zelda series and he is just soo good! He only needs three reads to kill you and has amazing smashing power and dont forget his disrespectful side b and his disrespectful spike. Its awesome. And I pick ganon because he is a clone of ganon

Well I do believe you, I even said it in my post -.-
It used to be something very possible thanks to wavedashing, but now you just have to be lucky (or to have a stupid opponent walking at you so that you just have to time your attack) to land a tipper. That's why I like Lucina better too in Smash 4.

I personally like Dark Pit's design and combos/moves more than Pit :p

I like Toon Link a little bit more than Link because he is slightly faster than him, and slightly faster than most characters. He does reliable heavily on projectiles, but he can still be used well in melee. His combos up-close aren't great, but he can just escape quickly and shoot lots of thingies xD
