Ok, so, here we go, accepted staff / staff list:
PMS - trade manager
3dsattackman - stock supplier
I'm the finance manager
alihammad is a trader + stock supplier (he gets +10% of the salary)
nightfury is a trader

We all are pokemon level grinders and EV training servicers + kind of a stock supplier

trade manger organizes trades with the trader and supplier right ? and the customer :p
i will be a 5iv pokemon supplier n trade manger n i have a reliable cloner at my service

btw i would like to suggest if u don't have all mega stones or don't have kalos born 5iv shinys then
you should employ artisan

I'll ask him, and the trade manager basically does what you said plus he makes a record of it. Juuuust to be sure. You also act as a trader (just like anyone on the list)

hey you know what ? get friends that you have - that are fans of nintendo
and other people that are free a lot of the time :p that way we can get more customers :p
btw we need to sell stuff not just anyone can get :p

Yup, except here in Serbia not much people are that wealthy and intelligent to be playing Pokemon Y/X on a 3DS/2DS and comment it on an English forum :( , we need to get a lot of master balls, rare battle items and rare pokemon though. That's a lot of work.

Note: I also EV train your Pokemon, but only if you have no EV's or if you have a minimum amount of EV's. I have a lot of Pokemon to reset and I don't have many Reset Bags. PM me if you want to get your Pokemon EV trained, with the 2 stats you want maxed out and which stat should the remaining 4 EV points go to.
