Rukh and its eggs hides in ‘Naraku – 1st Observation Platform’. If you’re unsure where that is, it’s the same place where you first met and battled with Medusa. Once you’re at the 1st Observation Platform of Naraku, search the walls and look for a warning sign. Once you discover the sign, go up to it and press the “A” button on the Nintendo 3DS.
What is Rukh’s weakness in the game
Rukh is weak against fire element attacks. Ice, electric, force, physical, dark, and gun element attacks all worked fine during my battle against him. The only element that I did not use against Rukh was light. If you’re low on MP, a Maragi or Agilao stone might come in handy.

The reward for completing the Eggs for One Hundred quest is three Lu Incenses. The item fully heals one ally’s MP/HP, as well as increases luck by 3. There is a limit of 99 Lu Incenses that you can carry at a time.
