They were off of the Earth? B-but I thought Bruce is still recruiting them (judging by the JL trailer, but I haven't seen BvS). I'm salty over how Suicide Squad got removed from Arrow for this movie. Also, Joker doesn't really care about Harley usually, he's kind of abusive. Also, I think Waller prefers supervillains because she can put the bomb in their heads and when you have a bunch of people who are willing to kill anyways and give them incentive to be ruthless, there you go... the ultimate weapons.
