Alright so in the last part Paula got kidnapped and we had to go out and save her. We last stopped at Moonside where we had to destory the evil Mani Mani statue.
So while in Moonside I managed to find the one way to enter the area with the Mani Mani statue. It was blocked off by someone who said he needed to be with someone strong and had gold teeth and awesome eyebrows.
Well Ness and Jeff surely don't look like that, so now we gotta hunt for someone that does. I talked to some people around, then randomly one guy teleported me into a room with no doors. Inside, there was an invisible man. One with gold teeth and awesome eyebrows. He follows us around since we responded "No" when asked if we could see him, because in Moonside Yes means No and No means Yes.
So then I did the next thing that was important, I took the invisible man to the guy blocking off the area with the Mani Mani Statue. He takes the invisible man away and lets us go up to the Mani Mani. We see Mr. Monotoli there, but he fades away when we try talking to him. Talked to the Evil Mani Mani, and then battled commenced!
The battle was hard at first then I cheapo'd and threw 2 Big Bottle Rockets at it and won
. Jeff grew a level after the /tough/ fight.
So that was destroyed, now we walk outside the door and end up back in the café. We get a call from Apple Kid, who tells us about his new Yogurt Dispenser, which he sent to us via Escargo Express's "Neglected Class". Well isn't that just great. So we step outside, and see a monkey that had weird powers to travel through space. He runs off, then the deliveryman showed up. Ends up that he left our package in the desert, and said that we had to get it ourselves (Gee that's quite the service they got there, no wonder they call it the "Neglected Class")
I figured it wasn't that important anyways, but then a lady ran up to us saying she needed the Yogurt Dispenser. Well that's great now I have to go back and get it.
I go to the desert and find the monkey from before, who invites me to his paradise. Inside are some weak enemies and also a lot of monkeys who guard paths, only moving if you bring the food they crave for. So after clearing that mess I reached the end if the cave where I met the Taleh Rah who told me about the 4 powers that would save the world (Ness Paula Jeff and Poo). He gives us the Yogurt Dispenser and tells us about his monkey that could teach us how to teleport. Well that is awfully interesting. I took lessons from the monkey and learned PSI Teleport!
So then I used my new PSI to get to Fourside and then I gave the lady the Yogurt Dispenser. She invites me to her room on the 48th floor of Monotoli Building.
So I end it up right here, in the next part we will try to save Paula and perhaps learn about Monotoli some more.
