So I've decided to log down mistakes and things I do on Splatoon, and things I may do right, in my journey to be rank S, level 50.
So I'm just gonna jump into it.
Day one:
This was actually yesterday but watevs, a lot actually happened.
After hitting level 25 finally, I purchased a bamboozler, because it looked really nice, and I thought a quick charge two shot might be fun, especially with assisting kills.
At the end of the day:
I normally get second or third place, the reason is because I assist people rather than taking the glory for the kill. For example, let's say an inling with a carbon roller hits an attacker twice but can't seem to finish em off, if I look over and see that from my position I'll take a shot at it, and end up killing it, or helping the person get an edge. So basically, I now use the bamboozler to help people in sticky situations, as well as make it easier for them to swim out of them.
A lot of people complain about how the bamboozler has a fast charge but is too slow in the heat of battle. This is why I use the Burst Bombs that came with mine. I use the Bamboozler MK III, and it does wonders in close combat with others. Especially with those pesky Aerosprays, if I shoot one and miss, I can count on those Burst Bombs!
The Inkstrike as its special weapon is also pretty nice, especially on those maps where the middle is always the turning point.
All in all, the Bamboozler is a very useful weapon if you practice and use it correctly.
