Before this glitch occurred, I was fighting a Lvl. 9 Dr. Mario CPU on the Wario Ware Inc. stage. Everything seemed to be normal, until Dr. Mario hit me off the stage. I grabbed onto the ledge of the stage, but before I was able to get back up the next transition to a minigame took place, resulting in the stage moving out of view. Keep in mind that I was still on the ledge as all of this was happening. I was literally pushed into then underneath the stage. I tried to recover, but the ground was too high above me. It was a cruel moment before getting hit off the stage...
My attempt to recovery was a success (so I thought)
That's when the stage pulled me down
Deep down...
So deep that it was no laughing matter!
I was nowhere to be seen for a moment.
This is how far down the stage took me. Now I had to try and make my way up.
I think I can, I thought to myself.
I know I can, I said as I fluttered closer to the surface
My enthusiasm and motivation were not quite enough for recovery. This is the highest point I reached before descending back down to my death.
Pitiful...
Dr. Mario won the battle in the long run all thanks to the assist that the stage provided. Now, I'm not quite sure if what happened was a glitch, but it surely has to be! Maybe this all happened because I was at Starbucks while playing Smash lol. Other than the stupid glitch, this was a great match!
