Dont make any Devil Deals because these prevent Angel Rooms from appearing,using The Credit Card or opening a Red Chest and finding a Devil Room Item Pool Item doesnt count as Devil Deal.
Picking up Key Piece I will make Angel Rooms appear on every floor before The Cathedral/Sheol except for Womb II/Utero II,until you pick up Key Piece II.
Using Pandora's Box in The Cathedral will spawn a Item from the Angel Room Item Pool
