3DS Update - October 6, 2014 - THEMES!!!

Love the new update and my favourite is basic black but the one I want is the supersmashbros one which hasn't come out as yet

I like these themes, but I agree, I think a lot of these themes should be free. Nintendo can be cheap at some times :oops: and I think the solid colours are pretty nice too.

At least bump the prices down to 1$ ? :oops:

hh.png I picked up a theme actually last night cute and the sounds are neat worth it there are a few I like but I could only pick one so this was my choice ^-^

I don't have any money on my eShop account, but the theme I use is the Blue theme. I think it fits well with my Flame Red 3DS. I really wish I had money on my account.

I'm currently rocking the Black Basic Theme, and it looks amazing (IMO). I really like it, didn't appreciate the other colors much. So far, I have my eyes on the Zelda Theme, it looks epic! I love how the BGM (Background Music) changes, to go with the current theme! :)

These themes are awesome! However, they would be EVEN MORE awesome if they were free. Granted, anything is awesome when it's free. Even if some of the themes were 50 cents a piece, that would still convince me to buy one. I have a feeling there won't be a price drop or a sale at all for these any time in the future. I'm not parsimonious, I just like deals. xD

Basic Black look awesome imo. It just makes everything else pop and look eerie and ominous, especially when you have the Pokemon Y logo at the top. A shaded Yveltal on a black background looks sick!

I think i will be using the black one for a while.
It fits my 3DS (Original Cosmo Black), and its free!
The A Link Between Worlds one is really cool though.

Used the free pink theme that coincided with my 3DS color. I think it's nice despite some change to the UI. Maybe I'll pick Azure Striker Gunvolt once it's released - both game and theme, of course.

I wonder if Metriod will get more then 5 themes. I hope they keep it cool with nintendo only instead of getting weird stuff from other games

I don't really agree with $2 themes, as they're pretty expensive and it's not even a game, just something to look at and listen to. I don't plan on buying a theme anytime soon, but I am using the red theme on my 3DS. It's awesome!

I got the update and the new themes are AWESOME!!!! I plan on getting 2 of the ssb4 themes and the legend of Zelda theme but currently since I have no Eshop balance, I use the black theme.

the ones that are out now are ok and all buyt they ned to put like a smash bros,pokemon,monster hunter,fire emblem or f zero wall papers and i feel like they should be .99 cents but ok

I got the link bewteen worlds one. Themes aren't a ripoff guys, they feel good to use actually.

Home themes have been long overdue. The coloring is nice, and I hope they've added some new sounds too. I like the Monster Hunter one, but I think I'll probably hold off until a few more are announced. I'm especially looking forward to a SSB or Pokemon one.
