Can there be an emblem for beating a GBA game? Also, say I beat Explorers of Sky for DS, wouldn't that count for both a PMD emblem AND a DS emblem?

Yeah. For the DLC, it has to be something like Fantasy Life or Fire Emblem Awakening DLC.
And would the dlc count for the games you already posted. I have already posted one showing me completing the DLC but I can repost if you would like

It'll only count for DS since we have another Pokemon Mystery Dungeon game ;~;

You just have to finish all 150 cc tracks for the grand prix.
