The second question doesn't matter as i have figured it out
In your wallet you can carry a maximum of 99,999 bells and in each inventory slot you can carry 99,000 bells
So by using the formula of 99,999+(99,000×16) you can work out that it is
1,683,999 bells you can carry
Also i have another question, how much is a diving suit?

Actually, you can carry up to 999,999,999 bells in your ABD, but that is just in the ABD, not in your inventory.
