"random people"? you never used skype before, did you? it's more of a cell phone than a social network, Kupo, there's no "random people" to add, only a talk-with-your-Friends directly way of use, it's simply a phone, no more, no less, Kupo.

Thanks! I finally get it! Yay! I also don't have Skype since many functions have to b paid for and all my classmates would spam me to infinity while I'm trying to work. The only time I use skype is to talk to family in other countries but then I use our family account.

That's how I feel about it too, I mean I get paying for the in app purchases because thats how they make their money, but why not have it as Skype where you pay for it and get the in content stuff free?
