Charizard's Flare Blitz too OP in Smash Bros. 3DS/WiiU

Yesterday I flare blitzed a bayonetta and witch time caught me and I got hit by an up smash but still managed to hit and kill her first

That happens with ANY move that has an active hitbox during the full animation

Flare blitz is not op because it does damage to the person using it. It's also pretty easy to dodge, I've fought against 3 level 5 cpu charizards and I beat them pretty easily
