You approach the castle and are instantly reminded of fairy tales from your childhood. Looking around, you notice a giant bridge leading to it over a moat, and a huge stained glass image of Monokuma. You enter the inside, only to find that, aside from a wall of maces, there's nothing of note. However, as you leave, you see a small message on the floor. It reads 2240. By the numbers is some writing. It says Once you have achieved true enlightenment, use this at the . The rest of the message is scratched out. Upon leaving you see Monokuma walk up to you.
Monokuma: So what was in the castle?

(Dude, this time where you guys are exploring and there's no trial or anything like that IS the free time. Im not stopping you from fleshing our your characters. Now contribute to the story or I'll take out Cal's other eye again!)

Monokuma Theater
So I was talking to my friend the other day. He mentioned how boring it was to continually write the same horror story with different characters. But the audience ate that crap up, and so he continued to tell them stories about kids being brutally murdered. There wasn't much room for creativity because whenever he strayed from the norm, people got upset! My friend does his best to change it up some, but I dunno why he bothers. If all they care about is gore, just cut out any of the boring details and get to the gore! Honestly, I'd consider a dead end job like that a fate worse then death, but at least he got a comfy mansion out of it. The life of a writer sure is tough...
