They will never be able to please everyone with mini consoles. They invariably leave out way too many games that people want. They do the same thing whenever they have virtual console offerings as well.
In a perfect world, they would offer all the great games from their history of consoles in a digital marketplace. I would have no problem buying them all again for reasonable prices.
