I have a kind of standard set of characters I'll draw when I don't know what to draw. Maybe you could find an old drawing you like and do a remake of that character? It does not have to be a remake of the drawing itself just take the subject and give it a twist. ;)

it was my first time drawing an eye im not as happy with it as i want to be but every one says thats how all artists feel but i stil want to get better so please tell me if you think of something i could do to improve it

Very good drawing! Tips for the next time; usually people have slightly longer eyelashes. For girls try to draw them just over the eyelid and for boys a bit shorter than that. Also, most people have slightly messier eyebrows, try to to draw the hairs using quick short movements and, I think you eye could use a bit more shadow. The placement of the shadow is perfect as well as the way you blended it but it could be a bit stronger. Seeing an eye like that I honestly don't believe it is you first attempt, it looks really good, especially the way you managed to show the lower eyelid and the iris. (Not too detailed and not too blank, I tend to overdo the iris but you managed to get it just right.)
