Awwww, thank you sooo much, it is very nice of you ><
I personally love frills so I practice drawing them. Usually I will find a lot of reference photo on the internet and try to adapt them to my drawing.
I love manga/anime called Black Butler as well and it is full of cute clothes so I sometimes use those as a reference XD
