To start off...you are on the wrong thread..2nd its not cheating using to use a legendary. No where in my rules say I cannot use one. You are free to use anything you want as long as its not consider uber.

Battling Rules :

1. Pokemon MUST be hatched or caught in a gen 6 game (Kalos/Hoenn).

Heatran is not consider uber, and its not on the ban list. It was caught in Omega Ruby.
