this was the first anime that I finished that has more then 100 episodes (besides DBZ) the world was great and all the magic is so unique and the characters are so different from each other and Natsu is the best

What timeskip? There has only been one timeskip in Fairy Tail

Oh, sorry misread, (IMO) I don't think it did much harm to the series, in fact it made it better.
