This is a hard question for me because a few that I have watched recently had good storylines and were pretty addicting but i'll go with Fairy Tail.

Does that count? If so, that's definitely up there on my favorites (it'd be high on my list just for the themes alone). But anyways, my favorite is either Sgt. Frog or Higurashi (I know, they're like polar opposites. I'm weird like that). I've never seen an episode of Sgt. Frog that didn't make me laugh, even after re watching it all these years later. And Higurashi is still as dark and disturbing as it was the first time I watched it.

Overall I'd have to say Dragon Ball. Not Z, not GT, just Dragon Ball.

I have two favorites, there the only ones I watch, First off Naruto. Naruto is hilarious, serious, and packed with action. Trust you'll laugh, I know I did. You'll laugh right when the first episode starts. My second favorite is DBZ series. I watched Drangon ball when I was younger and loved it, I continued to watch until one day my mom saw master Roshi looking pervertily at bulma. And that was the end of that. But I started to watch it again as I got older.

My favorite anime has to be Akame ga Kill, the story is good, and I like the concept. It has a little bit of everything: romance, drama, action, and comedy. The character development is good as well I highly recommend the anime if you haven't watched it yet
