Well, here we go.
In Fates, every unit that can support Corrin can legally get every skill in the game, with a few exceptions as shown below.

Children of characters with unique classes and skills can inherit one skill from a specific parent.

DLC skills cannot be inherited.

Corrin and his child(ren) Only
Nobility
Dragon Fang
Dragon Ward
Hoshidan Unity
Draconic Hex
Nohrian Trust

Azura and her child(ren) Only
Luck+4
Inspiring Song
Voice of Peace
Foreign Princess

Kaden/Selkie and their child(ren) Only
Evenhanded
Beastbane
Even Better
Grisly Wound

Mozu and her child Only
Aptitude
Underdog

Keaton/Velouria and their child(ren) only
Odd Shaped
Beastbane
Better Odds
Grisly Wound

DLC Skills can be found here (only the ones under DLC and Amiibo)
http://serenesforest.net/fire-emblem-fates/other-classes/class-skills/

All the other skills are "common" skills that anyone can acquire, skills that come from Cavalier, Knight, Fighter, Mercenary, Outlaw, Samurai, Oni Savage, Spear Fighter, Diviner, Monk/Shrine Maiden, Sky Knight, Archer, Wyvern Rider, Ninja, Dark Mage, Troubadour, Apothecary and their promotions.

To give an example, Azura with Aptitude is not legal, and was acquired through hacking or bought from a hacker. Kana with Aptitude is legal and can be acquired from having Mozu as Kana's mom in a playthrough. It can then be used on any subsequent playthoughs by saving her to the logbook.

In case of weapons, they can be forged up to +7, and only weapons you can buy from the store, no legendary weapons can be forged legally.

I'd join but my team haven't reached their caps yet :( I will sign up for an Arena Membership though!

I have a doubt
¿can we use a songstress but without warp?

I would assume only illegal stuff is forbidden, everything else is fair play.

Yes you may, but It can't use warp.

thanks for the list! some of these things may not be uses (as they themselves aren't game-breaking), But I'll be sure to look into them!

(also, could u edit it into a spoiler? it takes up a lot of room. . .)

Done :p

Also, I would recommend allow all the possible combinations, it would grant the community more insight into balance for Fates and such :p

Thanks!

also, what do you mean by 'possible combinations'? do you mean skill combos, Unit pair-ups, or what?

I mean not banning anything legal :p being Fates first contest and all, not many members have a feel as to what is bad, good and OP

Like, as long as it's not illegal, like my post indicated, it should be fair play, at least until everyone gets a proper feel for the online play in Fates.

Do your troops levels give you any advantage or disadvantage? Mine aren't the best stats :/ and I really should fix up my castle

Nope, levels don't matter. What matter are stats.

So Birthright players have an advantage :p I have conquest and that combined with only having played one FE game might be my downfall.

Though I'll probably join anyways eventually

And your castle won't give you an advantage here other than character statues

Yes, but Conquest and Birthright have different characters :p

Alternatively, get Revelation, you get most characters there and you'll be able to grind without DLC afaik

Revelations has Scouting, so no XP DLC needed.

I thought Birthright was considered easier because of the ability to grind?

lol i riased mozu like a beast XD

Birthright IS easier, but revelations is the best of both worlds; Birthright's grinding ability, and conquest's level design, resulting in this path being the middle difficulty (and the best in my oppinion.)
