Whelp I guess they are a bunch of liars and I honestly don't care since that's less spoilers and the reason why you don't believe everything you read on the internet to be true kids. Or read more carefully instead of jumping to conclusions from a japanese source that was translated into english improperly. They strictly stated that they were reviewing the characters that have been announced.

No, they changed it. It was originally going to be the full roster and all 3DS stages, but they changed it to stuff up to this point.
