I guess so, but it still sucks that they took so long, doesn't have much effect on me though, and I doubt the game stand for Kid Icarus: Uprising mandatory with the purchase of the retail game.
the game stand came in with the game box when I got the game (idk how that applied to the other regions). I guess the eshop thing was for late-buyers if any I guess

Games from these series I'd like to see on the 3DS:

  • Tomb Raider
  • Rock Band
  • Mega Man (a proper game instead of Virtual Console releases)

Given that Megaman is going to be in the new Smash Bros. for Wii U and 3DS, it's entirely possible that we could see him appear in a game on one of these game systems

The games that I want to be on the E-Shop are all of the old classic pokemon games etc fire red , leaf green.
I wanna know what games you want to see made for the Nintendo 3DS.

The Nintendo 3DS have a large library of fun, interesting, exciting games but want games do you think or want to be created next.

I for one, really want another Final Fantasy game other than Theatrhythm Final Fantasy, its not that I don't like Final Fantasy background music, I just don't think an entire game can be made based on that, it can be a remake of a good previous Final Fantasy game that hadn't been introduced on a portable as yet or even a Final Fantasy Tactics, I love the previous Final Fantasy Tactics titles, so fun.

What about a Pokemon Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald remake for the 3DS, imagine that Pokemon generation with Pokemon X/Y graphics, amazing or even the original GBA version of Pokemon R/S/E ,to be created and released on the eShop, I would pay money for that.

So let me know what games you would like to see
remastered/created/released on the Nintendo 3DS and the eShop.
I heard that there will be a 3DS XL ( limited edition I think ) will have the classic pokemon games the kyogre and groudon this may not be true but it's just what I heard.

Same for me. I hope that they will release Pokemon FireRed, LeafGreen and all of the 3rd Gen and 1st Gameboy Gen, but I hope that they will also release Pokemon Mystery Dungeon from the GBA. I've spend so much hours on this game, and at least, it has more starters than the 3DS version. As I've also heard, they will port Mario Kart Super Circuit (GBA) on the eShop.

Main problem is that they don't have plans to release GBA games on the eshop anytime soon. With that said, they'd probably have to change some of the trade functionality and all that in-game to make it Wireless

Bring the GBC Metal Gear Solid to the eshop. PLZ KONAME. And also if Square would think of bringing the NES and GBC Dragon Warrior titles as well that'd be nice.

Bringing back Nintendo game system Metal Gear games you mean? (because the only Metal Gear Solid game that was released on a Nintendo system was the MGS1 remake for GameCube :p). But yeah, that's not a bad idea

Knowing how flexible the 3DS is, they can. As what I have heard, there's a hacker community (who translates games, and makes homebrews), who did a GBA emulator for 3DS.

well, GBA emulator for 3DS isn't difficult because they've already got support for it as seen with the Ambassadors Program allowing for early 3DS owners to have games like Sacred Stones

People who own an Ambassador 3DS are definitely one of the luckiest people in the world. (For having 20 games for free !)

Well it's not really for free because they had to buy it when the 3DS was priced ridiculously high (although at the same time some stores reduced the price early so some may have been able to grab it at the time)

  • #33
Ah, yes. I remember that it costed 250€ at it's start, and 200€ later.

  • #34
Yeah, and it was the low sales from the huge price that led to the Ambassador program being implemented for people who bought a 3DS before this one date in late December 2011

Maybe a The World Ends With You sequel? I'm playing it at the moment and I love it sooo much!

Yup, I don't think it will be a tough project to handle, I don't recommend Nintendo uploading a lot of GBA games though, (might take away 3DS game sales)

So what if it took away from 3DS sales. The GBA games would offer a good amount of profit probably. In any case though don't count on Nintendo doing it because so far they've had no plans of putting anymore GBA games out there on 3DS Virtual Console

No there was a MGS spinoff for the GBC in the US titled Metal Gear Solid and in Japan Metal Gear: Ghost Babel. Also there were botched "Ports" of the MSX titles on the NES.

Oh...didn't know that lol It's kinda confusing that they have the same name though lol In any case, yeah based on the high reviews it apparently got it's definitely something Nintendo should consider for 3DS Virtual Console

It's a great game and it really needs to be on virtual console, while not canon it's by far one of the best "What if" games out there.
