Killua from Hunter X Hunter. Because it is observed that lighting is hotter than the Sun.

Honestly i think the pokemon girls are pretty hot. Rosa/Dawn/Misty/May and a bunch of the gym leaders. too bad they're like ten years old. the fan art for these girls are pretty good too.
