Is it dangerous to use a Nintendo Switch charger to charge a phone?

I wouldn't do it just in case, and the voltage on the Nintendo Switch is higher compared to what most phones can handle. Just use the regular charger for your phone, better to be safe than sorry. Too much voltage can possibly damage your phone if you use the charger a lot, and it would be a hassle to only have one charger instead of two because what if your phone & Switch are dead, what then.
