Is the price of the eShop codes too high?

I think the prices should be the same. It may seem like impossible at first to get 3.5 k but once you start using the forum more and more you will get to that point in a breeze. If prices were lower, marc might not have enough money to buy everyone eshop cards since there would be more demand. There's also giveaways which give people a chance to get games for free even if they don't have any playcoins

Nah! It helps us set a goal to earn a specific thing within a certain amount of time! I mean, I for one would NOT want to be getting a 50$ eshop code every 10 play coins. My 3ds would run out of space too quickly! That, and I would have to be on here for extensive lengths of time to get back to where I was before the eshop code spree! That, is way too time consuming.

Look at the other side. This forum has giveaways!
You can work hard to get play coins and this will take a long time, but you can just be LUCKY and get a full game quickly!
There is nothing free on this world, you have to work hard or be lucky. This forum is just the reflection of this.

Everybody wants free games. Everybody wants something free. But you have to give something in exchange for anything you want, that's the rule of Life.

I agree. Things have to be earned in life, not just get what you want when you want it. People would be getting free stuff all the time if everything in the world was free.
