Thinking it would be best if they act as three states working together rather than one massive state with only one government. "Teamwork is the key to success", says Prime Minister Anni from Finland. Rosa's Manifesto (alternatively, The Rosa Rules) mainly consist of twelve rules:
- follow every command rosa says
- rosa is always right
- learn to share <3
- pay your taxes; tax evasion will result to less benefits, unless debt has been repaid after a few months
- if you see any strange activity, report to the cops.
- love each other <3
- spread the manifesto to non-believers
- be welcoming to non-believers
- capture non-believers, and make them fill out the necessary forms for citizenship
- follow the law. always
- be respectful to each other <3
- do your best <3
