i like luigis mansion, i remember playing the original (until that "Catastrophe" happen) and liked his game and was excited when they announced a sequel to it and have multiplayer. the thing i cant get enough is the multiplayer mode.

I would go for Mario Kart 7 because it has a lot of replayability. However, Luigi's Mansion has an actual storyline and the multiplayer is a lot of fun. Both are solid games that I would recommend to any 3DS owner.
